15.6.2006 Sakis conquers the MAD awards
"An electrifying live performance and two awards were the outcome of this year’s Mad Video Music Awards ’06 for Sakis Rouvas. Sakis sang two of his most erotic ballads “Agapa Me” (“Love Me”) and “Na M’Agapas” (“You Should Love Me”) from his latest album “Live Ballads”. In a completely romantic climate, the voices from the audience tuned in with Sakis’ in order to create one of last night’s most magical moments at the Theatro Vrahon. Sakis was also the big winner of the night, taking home more awards than any other male artist. More specifically, Sakis’ video for “Na M’Agapas” won the award for Best Video by a Male Artist (the nominees were Dimitris Korgialas, Yannis Ploutarchos, Antonis Remos and Michalis Chatzigiannis), which was handed to him by Elias Psinakis in a customarily dramatic presentation. Sakis won his second award in the category of Best Dressed Artist for his video “Mila Tis” (“Speak to Her”), which was presented by Nikos Mouratidis"

His new CD and DVD entitled “Live Ballads” – the first live CD-DVD of his 15-year career – was also discussed in depth. Finally, he spoke about his imminent plans, the movie he’s working on, and his upcoming concerts. The interview also included personal questions …"
